RRH Overseas Private Limited handles refunds and returns in accordance with supplier policies and product categories.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds may be considered only when:
- The product is defective or damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- Issues are reported within 48 hours of receiving goods
- Valid proof (photos/videos) is provided
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made products
- Private-label or branded orders
- Used, altered, or damaged items (not caused by shipping)
- Clearance or special-price items
Inspection Requirement
We recommend inspection before shipment.
If you choose to skip inspection, refunds for quality issues may be limited.
Refund Process
- Submit issue details with photos/videos
- Our team will review with the factory
- Refund or replacement depends on supplier approval
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is caused by the supplier.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.
